This is about the desire to keep all of our memories, and to bring them into the world beyond...

There's a legend that goes with this song: Supposedly, Bix was performing it on stage at "The Rag & Bone" to a gloomy audience. It was a drizzly, stormy night, and energy was low. In the middle of this song, suddenly, from backstage behind the curtains came the angelic voice of Fizzy Dynamo - singing perfect harmonies in spine-tingling sweeps of tone. Bix and the band played on and on, as Fizz kept improvising from backstage. The energy soared, and the crowd experienced one of those rare moments of epiphany and joy that is seldom repeated in life. A perfect memory to keep!
